Description

A red terracotta hollow frog with traces of a white gesso covering. It dates to the Roman Period. Purchased by Fenton in 1911 from the Hilton Price Collection. Later purchased by Wellcome at auction in 1931. Transferred to Swansea University on long-term loan from the Wellcome Trustees in 1971.
